HAPPY GRASS Konnyaku Jelly Powder (300gm)
PREPARATION
- • Directions:
- 1. Pour 1 packet of Happy Grass Konnyaku Jelly Powder into a pot
- 2. Add 1250ml of plain water into pot slowly
- 3. Stir continuously while adding water to prevent the mixture from forming lumps
- 4. Bring mixture to boil under strong flame and switch to small flame for 3 minutes
- 3. Remove flame, add malic acid and stir till dissolve
- 4. Place fruits in moulds and pour mixture into moulds until its full
- 5. Allow jelly to set before placing into refrigerator
- • Note:
- For best result, leave the konnyaku jelly in the refrigerator overnight
STORAGE
Store in a cool and dry place
